Genip Oy’s ownership structure will change.<\/p>\n

Jaakko V\u00e4is\u00e4nen will leave the firm on April 15, 2025.<\/p>\n

The company will be wholly owned by Jari Ristola and Janne Ver\u00e4j\u00e4nkorva.<\/p>\n

At the same time, Jari Ristola will become Chairman of the Board and Janne Ver\u00e4j\u00e4nkorva will continue as Managing Director.<\/p>\n

No action is required for clients served by Jari Ristola and Janne Ver\u00e4j\u00e4nkorva as a result of this change.<\/p>\n

We would like to offer clients served by Jaakko V\u00e4is\u00e4nen the opportunity to continue to use his services seamlessly through V\u00e4is\u00e4nen IP Oy under Genip Oy’s current terms and conditions. In addition, or in parallel, clients can also continue to use Genip Oy’s services.<\/p>\n
