March 3, 2025: Changes at Genip Oy on April 15, 2025

Genip Oy’s ownership structure will change.

Jaakko Väisänen will leave the firm on April 15, 2025.

The company will be wholly owned by Jari Ristola and Janne Veräjänkorva.

At the same time, Jari Ristola will become Chairman of the Board and Janne Veräjänkorva will continue as Managing Director.

No action is required for clients served by Jari Ristola and Janne Veräjänkorva as a result of this change.

We would like to offer clients served by Jaakko Väisänen the opportunity to continue to use his services seamlessly through Väisänen IP Oy under Genip Oy’s current terms and conditions. In addition, or in parallel, clients can also continue to use Genip Oy’s services.
