24.9.2025: Genip Oy will also serve in the chemical and biotechnology sectors
European patent attorney Outi Virtaharju joined Genip Oy on 1.9.2025. Outi brings with her extensive experience in protecting inventions in the chemical, biotechnology and life science sectors.
Outi has experience in both industry and Finnish patent attorney offices. In addition to protection assignments / patenting assignments, Outi conducts preliminary novelty and freedom-to-operate investigations and is able to support the exploitation of industrial property rights as part of the company’s business.
Outi has the right to represent clients in the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
